Refund Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with anything you buy through LOOKISS | www.lookissdesign.com. Yet We take our quality control very seriously, but rarely there may be a manufacturing defect. In this case, we are happy to assist you with in this case

All our products come with a one-year ( 12 months ) warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, accidental damage caused by the user, faults as a result of willful or negligent operation, or any other handling. Proof of defect (photos or video, depending on the defect) is mandatory and will be requested by our team.

If your order has already been shipped, we request you to wait until it arrives.

LOOKISS | www.lookissdesign.com is located in Toronto-Canada, warrants to the owner of the enclosed product that the product contained in this box (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery following the original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”). If the Product fails to conform to this Limited Warranty during the Warranty Period, LOOKISS will, at its sole discretion, either 

(a) repair or replace any defective Product or component; or

(b) accept the return of the Product and refund the money actually paid by the original purchaser for the Product (given it is requested within 30 days of receiving)

Repair or replacement may be made with a new or refurbished product or components, at LOOKISS sole discretion. If the Product or a component incorporated within it is no longer available, LOOKISS may replace the Product with a similar product of similar function, at LOOKISS sole discretion. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this Limited Warranty.

Any Product that has either been repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty will be covered by the terms of this Limited Warranty for the longer of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery or the remaining Warranty Period. Warranty Conditions

 

Return / Refund Policy

Upon receiving your order, in case you were not satisfied and you want to return it back, please try if possible to give it back directly to our courier at the same time. (this applies for both cases of returning the order or requesting to exchange it).

  • Do not remove attached product labels.
  • Items should be returned in original complete packaging (in mint condition).
  • Boxes and dust cotton bags are considered as part of the product and must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
  • Items should not be used, worn, altered, or washed.
  • No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged, in this case the customer will not be entitled to any refund.
  • No return or refund for replacement product
  • No return or refund for fee gifts
  • No return or refund for products bought from a third party (e.g. Amazon, eBay, etc.)
  • No return or refund for any items bought in a gift bundle
  • You should provide a proof of dispatching (Tracking Number) in case of any returns.
  • The return will be at the customer's expense (Shipping fees, custom duties, Transaction fees).
  • If the returned item was lost in transit without any proof of postage then the return will not be possible.
  • We do not accept any return on Sale Campaign Items.
  • Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
  • Your money will be refunded within 6 - 7 working days after receiving the returned item.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of the previous, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lookiss@gmail.com

 

Exchange Policy

The following are the terms of exchanging with LOOKISS:

  • Do not remove attached product labels.
  • Items should be returned in original complete packaging (in mint condition).

  • Exchange will not be possible for products received in conditions not complying with the above terms.

  • In case the product requested for exchange is no longer available, the customer will be offered another product in exchange of their choice.
  • We do not accept any exchange on Sale Campaign Items.
  • Depending on where you live, the time may vary till your exchanged item may reach you.
  • No exchange for replacement product

How to exchange your order?

Please write an e-mail to lookiss@gmail.com

 within maximum 2 days from the date of receiving the shipment stating the following:

  • Order details (Order Number or Shipment Tracking Number).
  • Full description of the item which you wish to exchange with quantity.
  • Clear reason for exchanging (wrong order, damaged, defects … etc).
  • Provide a clear photo for the damaged/defective item.

Our customer service team will check your exchanging case and reply to you by e-mail at the earliest possible.

We hold the full rights entitlement to deal with each case of Return & Exchange upon its condition & circumstances.

  

Disclaimer for Warranties

Pictures on the website may not always directly portray the exact same proportions as in real life. The dimensions per product are clearly stated under the "features" and “specifications” tabs on each product page. Except as stated above in this limited warranty, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LOOKISS disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties and conditions with respect to the product, including the implied warranties of merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LOOKISS also limits the duration of any implied warranties or conditions to the duration of this limited warranty.

 

Limitation of Damages          

In addition to the above warranty disclaimers, in no event will LOOKISS be liable for any consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages, including any damages for lost data or lost profits, arising from or relating to this limited warranty or the product, and LOOKISS total cumulative liability arising from or related to this limited warranty or the product will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product by the original purchaser.

You acknowledge and understand that the disclaimers, exclusions and limitations of liability set forth herein form an essential basis of the agreement between you and LOOKISS governing your use of the product and they apply without regard to whether the terms of this limited warranty have proven ineffective or if a remedy fails of its essential purpose
